It’s summer in the Philippines and the semester is coming to an end. There has been no rain in the past few weeks and, as bright as the days are, regular blackouts occur at night. Mindanao relies heavily on hydroelectric power and the water levels are critically low eversince the onset of the El Nino phenomenon.

    Ooh, this is beautiful. I love the almost-vertical rays shining within the halo of light, and also the angle on the long corridor, with more rays of light shining across that as well. Excellent first entry for the RRPC. Welcome to the Robins!
